When my rear differential went out on my truck, they were there on time and professionally got me to a reliable mechanic to have me back on the road in 2 days. Lewis automotive llc Springfield, Illinois, thanks, and I appreciate your time and effort

Our car battery failed and would no longer hold a charge. We have a one-car garage, so a jump start was not an option. Plus, without sufficient power, we could not put the car in neutral to push it out of the garage. All Star Performance Towing came highly recommended, and it's the best call I could have made. Customer service was excellent! Our tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. Steve did a superb job getting the vehicle out of the garage and onto the tow truck. Less than 15 minutes after he arrived, we were on our way to the auto repair service. All Star has the right people, trucks, and equipment to provide first-rate service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company for reliable, professional towing service.

Without a doubt the best and cheapest tow in Central Illinois! Don't waste your time calling any other tow service, they can't beat these rates offered by all star performance towing. They arrived fast, the driver was friendly, and overall I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Highly recommend!

Owning a business can be hard. Especially a tree business!! Our trucks can find themselves in some pretty unique situations. Thankfully ALL STAR can handle them all for us.

We were traveling through Springfield from out of town when our car died on the highway. I quickly Googled local towing companies, and saw that All Star had a high review rating. I'm so thankful I called this company! Jeff listened to what had happened calmly, and assured me that he could help me, my husband, my three kids, and our two dogs get to a safe location off the highway. Not knowing a good mechanic in Springfield (who would be open on Saturday), I asked Jeff if he had a recommendation, and he called someone who knew immediately, while on the phone with me. He told them our story, and the mechanic said he could help. The whole situation could not have had a better or happier outcome. My car was fixed by 11 am the next day (on a Saturday!!) and Jeff even called me to follow up and make sure that the mechanic had kept his word and that all was well. I am so impressed with his customer service! Thank you for rescuing our family from what would have otherwise been a nightmare of a situation! Highly recommend Jeff - five stars from us!
